BECOME A VOLUNTEER

Open the Door to Great Futures.

At Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington, we open doors — not just to buildings, but to belonging, belief, and possibility. When we open the Club door for kids today, we shape all our tomorrows. Club Kids are resilient, creative, compassionate, and prepared. They are not only our future — they are our now. And it all starts when we open the door.

It is about unlocking potential. It is about creating safe spaces where young people feel seen and supported. It is about making sure every kid knows there is a door open just for them — at the Club. Volunteers help make that possible!

We are committed to creating environments where every young person feels welcomed, valued, and respected. Our Clubs are places where differences are celebrated, voices are heard, and every member belongs.

When you give your time, you help youth build the essential skills they need for lifelong success.

Volunteers play a vital role in helping youth develop the four essential skills Boys & Girls Clubs prioritize: Health & Wellbeing, Character & Leadership, Academic Success, and Life & Workforce Readiness.

Whether you can give a few hours each week or share a skill on a one-time basis, your involvement makes a lasting impact.

Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.
