At the annual Youth of the Year reception, teens who have spent months preparing essays and speeches share their stories as leaders and role models. One finalist is named Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington Youth of the Year and advances to the state level for scholarships and further competition. This one-hour celebration includes appetizers, drinks, and inspiring presentations.
