We encourage our youth to BE HEALTHY and BE ACTIVE. These programs help members develop the motivation and ability to make healthy choices in life. Health-focused programs also help develop fitness and social skills.
Healthy Habits — Teaches the benefits of having healthy habits in life, such as eating right and being physically active.
SMART Girls — Provides a safe setting for female Club members where they can address health and social issues unique to them and build the confidence to resist negative influences.
Triple Play — Challenges Club members to meet fitness goals. Participants not only increase activity level, but also develop an understanding of endurance and perseverance as they attempt to accomplish their goals.
