CHARACTER & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
We encourage our youth to BE LEADERS. These programs help youth become responsible, caring citizens and develop leadership skills.
Keystone — A leadership club for our high school teens that offers positive group experiences. With the guidance of Club staff, opportunities are provided to make leadership decisions, engage in academic and career experiences, and serve others.
Torch Club — Similar to Keystone, Torch Club members, in 6th-8th grade, learn to work together to plan and implement activities in four areas: service to Club and community; education; health and fitness; and social recreation.
Peace Out! — teaches our younger Club members constructive ways to communicate with each other when faced with conflict. This program encourages members to turn conflict into an opportunity to grow and work together to solve problems.
"Character is, in the long run, the decisive factor in the life of individuals and of nations alike.”
