FRANCISCO BuenoExecutive Director
Francisco started his first stint with the organization in 2008 as an AmeriCorps member and worked in several capacities in the organization until 2013. After a five year break that included graduating with a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame and helping launch a metro area branch for a national education-focused nonprofit, he is back and excited to lead this amazing organization.
LIZ McClananDirector of Finance
Liz joined our organization in 2017 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in financial management.
JUDITH McMorineDirector of Resource Development
Judith joined our team in February 2019. She has recently earned her Certified Fund Raising Executive certification, and with her experience in marketing and resource development, is excited to pursue her passion of supporting the youth who need us most.
JORDAN PfeiferAdministrative & Accounting Manager
Jordan joined our organization in 2012 shortly after graduating from Western Washington University. She oversees payroll and accounting.
ERICA NicewongerArea Director
Erica joined our organization in 2014 as the Gang Prevention & Intervention Manager. After establishing our Prevention & Intervention Program, she moved into the Area Director position and now oversees the operations of all teen programs.
CHELE DiffenbaughEvents Manager
Chele joined our organization in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant. In 2018, she became the Events Manager. She coordinates and executes all of our events throughout the year.
ASHLEY FortnerAdministrative Assistant
Ashley joined our organization in 2018 as the Membership Specialist at our Elise Menashe Teen Center, before joining the Administrative Team as the Administrative Assistant.
ALENA FridleyMembership Services and Operations Coordinator
Alena first came to our organization as a member of AmeriCorps in 2017, working as one of our Volunteer Coordinators. After her AmeriCorps term was completed, she stepped in as Interim Club Director at our Teen Turf Club. Now, she joins the Administrative Team as the Membership Services and Operations Coordinator.
