Is transportation available from my child’s school?
Transportation is limited in both capacity and school locations. Please contact Clubhouses directly to receive updates on their transportation services.
How do the waitlists work?
  • Each Clubhouse has its own waitlist, please contact the Club you wish to sign up your youth for directly.
  • Waitlists prioritize renewing members and then follow the order by which families contacted the Club and were added.
  • When and if space becomes available, the Clubhouse will contact you to communicate the available space and provide next steps for registration.

If space does not allow for your child to register for the current session, you will need to contact your Club to be added to the waitlist for future sessions. Waitlists do not roll over.

When are you open?
Boys & Girls Clubs are open to youth after school and on select non-school days. Times may vary so please visit Join a Club to confirm your Club’s hours.

Each Clubhouse has a calendar that outlines changes to after school programming, such as holidays, inservice days, ect.

Is my child able to attend at another location?
Your child’s membership is valid at one Club location. You may request to transfer Clubhouses at any time by completing a Transfer Request Form, which can be obtained at your Club’s front desk.
How can your membership costs be so low?
To ensure that any youth can afford to belong, BGCSW relies primarily on generous community donations and grants for operating costs. Boys & Girls Clubs is a private nonprofit organization.
