Professional Staff

Our staff play a vital role in creating a positive Club experience for members. All staff are paid Youth Development Professionals and receive background checks and training in Youth Development strategies. Staff members are easily identified by Club uniform and identification badge. Year-round staff are CPR and First Aid certified.

Arrival & Departure

When arriving to pick up your child, please park in designated areas, check in at the front desk, and pick up a parent/guardian badge at the front desk. Adult ID is required for pick up. You may then proceed to locate your child within the Club. If assistance is required, staff is available to help. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify the Club regarding:

  • Who is authorized to pick up your Club member.
  • If your child has permission to sign out and leave Club on their own.
  • Individuals who are legally not allowed to pick up your Club member. A copy of the legal document and picture of the individual must be provided for staff to uphold legal restrictions.
  • Changes to your child’s normal pick-up routine.

Supervision

Members are to be supervised by Club professionals at all times when signed into Club. Club program areas, transition areas, and outside areas are supervised by Club staff when members are present. Clubs staff are scheduled to maintain required staff to member ratios at all times. All staff undergo regular training on active supervision and classroom management to keep programs safe and productive.
