How to "Come Together" Safely in 2021

To our Friends of Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington

We care about your health and safety. This year for our annual fundraising dinner and auction we are taking extra steps to comply with recommended guidelines regarding public gatherings.

We are offering a limited number of “in person” reserved tickets. Seating arrangements at The Black Pearl will comply with distancing guidelines and recommended capacity for indoor dining.

For guests attending in person, masks are required except when eating or drinking.

Please be mindful of and maintain appropriate social distancing.

If you develop symptoms of illness, we ask that you remain home, notify us up to the day before and we will gladly convert your in-person reservation to a VIP Virtual Ticket and Dinner package, to be delivered to your home.

If government regulations change and do not allow gatherings on the event date, in-person VIP reservations will be converted to Virtual VIP reservations with delivered dinner.

We urge you to consider and weigh which one of the reserved options is best for you based on your personal health, comfort level with vaccinations and comfort level with social gatherings.

Please consult the current Clark County Public Health and Washington Department of Public Health guidelines in making your ticket purchase to determine whether the in person or virtual ticket option is best for you.

Whether in person or virtually, look forward to seeing you at our “Come Together” gala fundraiser!
